Philip has over 30 years of public accounting experience in the United Kingdom and Singapore. He assumed the role of CEO, Deloitte Southeast Asia on 1 June 2016 and Chairman of Deloitte Singapore on 1 January 2019. Prior to this, he was the CEO of the Deloitte Singapore office, an appointment he held from June 2010 till the end of 2018.

Philip is a board member and audit committee chair of both Singapore Land Authority and Institute of Technical Education. He is also a member of the Singapore Accountancy Commission; an Industry Advisory Committee member for the accountancy programme at Singapore Institute of Technology; a member of the School of Accountancy Advisory Board at Singapore Management University; and Chairman of the Board of Governors of NorthLight School.

Wong Kee Joo

Chief Executive Officer, HSBC Singapore

Kee Joo Wong is the Chief Executive Officer for HSBC Singapore, which he commenced in June 2021.

A Singaporean, Kee Joo has more than 26 years of banking experience across different markets including the UK, Thailand, Hong Kong and China.

Prior to being CEO of Singapore, Kee Joo was HSBC's Regional Head of Global Liquidity and Cash Management for the Asia Pacific region - a role he has held since January 2015. In this role, Kee Joo led HSBC's delivery of integrated cash management solutions to a multitude of clients across the region including multinational corporations, mid-market enterprises, small businesses, and financial institutions.

From 2009-2015, Kee Joo was Head of Global Liquidity and Cash Management for China, and prior to that, Thailand. In both markets, he was responsible for leading the execution of HSBC's growth, investment and emerging markets strategy, while leveraging on his strong client orientation and leadership credentials.

Tan Chuan-Jin

Speaker of the Parliament of Singapore

Mr Tan Chuan-Jin is the current Speaker of the Parliament of Singapore. He was elected to the post by Members of Parliament (MPs) on 11 September 2017, making him the 10th Speaker of Singapore since the First Legislative Assembly of 1955.

Mr Tan has been an elected MP in the Marine Parade GRC since 7 May 2011. He served as the Minister for Social and Family Development from 9 April 2015 until his election as Speaker on 11 September 2017. He had also been the Minister for Manpower from 1 May 2014 to 8 April 2015.

Prior to his election to Parliament, Mr Tan had served in the Singapore Armed Forces for nearly 24 years. He holds a Master’s Degree in Defence Studies from King’s College in London and a Master’s Degree in Public Management from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy at the National University of Singapore.

Loh Boon Chye

Chief Executive Officer, Singapore Exchange Ltd

Mr Loh Boon Chye joined SGX as CEO on 14 July 2015. He is also an Executive and Non-Independent Director on the SGX Board.

With a career in the financial industry that spans three decades, Mr Loh has played a key role in the development of Southeast Asia’s capital markets. Prior to SGX, he was Deputy President and Head of Asia Pacific Global Markets, and Country Executive for Singapore and Southeast Asia at Bank of America-Merrill Lynch. He spent 17 years in Deutsche Bank where his last role was the Head of Corporate and Investment Banking for Asia Pacific.

Mr Loh currently sits on the boards of GIC, Economic Development Board Singapore and World Federation of Exchanges, and is a council member and Distinguished Fellow at the Institute of Banking & Finance Singapore. He is also Chairman of the Sim Kee Boon Institute for Financial Economics Advisory Board and Co-Chair of the Council for Board Diversity. He was previously Chairman of the Singapore Foreign Exchange Market Committee, as well as Deputy President of ACI Singapore.

Mr Loh holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the National University of Singapore.

Lee Chee Koon

Group Chief Executive Officer, CapitaLand Investment Ltd

Chee Koon is Group CEO of CapitaLand Investment (CLI), which was listed on the Singapore Exchange on 20 September 2021.

Prior to this, Chee Koon was President and Group CEO of CapitaLand Group. Under his leadership, CapitaLand successfully restructured its business to form two entities – CLI, the listed real estate investment management business; and CapitaLand Development, the privatised property development arm. Chee Koon was also known for orchestrating CapitaLand’s acquisition of Ascendas-Singbridge in 2019, which strengthened the Group’s portfolio in the business park, industrial and logistics segments. He also significantly expanded the Group’s footprint in India, making it one of CapitaLand’s core geographies.

Since joining CapitaLand in 2007, Chee Koon has held several appointments within the Group, including CEO of The Ascott Limited from 2013 to 2017. Following that, he was CapitaLand’s Group Chief Investment Officer before being appointed President and Group CEO of CapitaLand Group on 15 September 2018.

Koh Boon Hwee

Chairman, Altara Ventures Pte Ltd

Koh Boon Hwee is the Chairman of Altara Ventures Pte Ltd. He sits on the GIC Investment Board. He is also the Chairman of Sunningdale Tech, Far East Orchard, Rippledot Capital Advisers, the Securities Industry Council and Agilent Technologies. He started his career in 1977 at Hewlett-Packard and rose to become its Managing Director in Singapore from 1985 to 1990. He was Executive Chairman of the Wuthelam Group from 1991 to 2000. Mr Koh was also the Chairman of Singapore Telecom, Singapore Airlines and DBS Bank at various times.

Mr Koh holds a Bachelor’s Degree (First Class Honours) in Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College London, and a Master in Business Administration (Distinction) from Harvard Business School. He also received an honorary doctorate from Imperial College London.

Claire Chiang

Co-Founder, Banyan Tree Holdings

Ms Claire Chiang is the co-founder of Banyan Tree Hotels & Resorts, Chair of  China Business Development, and Learning and Development in Banyan Tree Management Academy. She Chairs Banyan Tree Global Foundation, and its Enterprise Environmental and Community Fund in partnership with Chinese Environmental Protection Foundation. She is also a member in the Advisory Committee for Guilin Tourism University in China and School of Hotel and Tourism Management of Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

In 2021, she was appointed the Advisory Board Member of the Conference Board Global Sustainability Centre, Europe and the Climate Governance Singapore Advisory Board.
